Find the constituents, gifts, or designations you need to touch using the same fields and lookups your team already knows from Advance. Save filter sets and re-use them — quarterly NCOA imports, end-of-campaign designation moves, post-event roster fixes.
Apply a change to one record, ten, or a thousand. Every record shows you a side-by-side diff before anything is written. Spot the row that looks wrong, fix it inline, commit the rest.
Need to fix one record properly? Open it, edit it, see field-level validation as you type. The same Advance rules that protect the database protect you while you're editing.
Every change is attributed to a real user, timestamped, and grouped by batch. Export the audit log as CSV. Roll back an entire batch with one click if you spot a mistake later.
Corral Works mirrors the Advance security model. Staff only see the records and fields their existing Advance role lets them touch — no parallel permission system to maintain.
