Does Corral Works replace Dynamics 365?
No. Corral Works is a companion tool for bulk data operations. It reads from and writes to your live Dataverse database. Your team keeps using Dynamics 365 for everything else.
Which Dynamics 365 deployments does it support?
Corral Works connects to any Microsoft Dataverse-backed environment — Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and custom Power Apps. If it's in Dataverse, Corral can update it.
Does it respect Dataverse security roles?
Yes. Users sign in with their Microsoft Entra ID credentials. Corral enforces the same role-based access and field-level security they already have in Dynamics 365.
What about solution layers and managed solutions?
Corral Works operates on the data layer, not the solution metadata layer. It will not modify your managed solutions or solution layers — it updates the records within them.
Can I roll back a batch change?
Yes. Every batch is fully reversible at the batch level. You get a one-click rollback plus a full exportable audit log of every field that changed.
